All CD3 users must complete our basic training program in order to use the G.L.O.V.E., E-Vest, and E-Band. Re-certification is required every two years. Users of the G.L.O.V.E. may also take participate in the advanced defensive tactics courses taught by our Agency Master Instructors. While some agencies include as a CEW (conductive electrical weapon), we believe that we fall under Soft Empty Handed Control. Electricity is not being passed through the body or skin. It is simply a stimulation of the nerves in the top layer of the skin. We provide a detailed user a guide with many considerations in our Basic Training to help departments develop a Use of Force policy regarding the devices.

Compliant Training and Services carries the entire CD3 product line which includes: 

- The E-Vest 

- The E-Band (bicep or calf)
